znt777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Member's bank or payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• Request by the Member to self-exclude under the responsible gaming programme.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, znt777 will make reasonable efforts to notify the affected Member by email and to complete the investigation within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed for cause, any balance of legitimately won and deposited funds (net of applicable bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the Member following the conclusion of the investigation, except where funds are subject to legal hold.
